Robert (Bob) Czerny is one of the founding members of Fair Surveys.

 

Bob Czerny is an experienced manager, researcher, educator, communicator and facilitator. He is also an experienced surveyor - he has conducted about three dozen surveys since 1996.

Bob's principal strengths are systematic, structured analysis combined with creativity;  facilitation of planning and learning; and superior oral and written communications in English and French.

Bob's academic foundation is philosophy, the specialist training of a generalist. In 21 years with the Canadian federal government, he applied his skills throughout the management cycle from policy development and strategic planning to evaluation; and in areas as diverse as human rights, adult education, information management and technology transfer. He worked in five departments and agencies: Secretary of State, National Research Council, Communications, National Archives, Treasury Board Secretariat.

As a private sector consultant since January 1995, Bob has designed and conducted surveys and has provided other services - research, analysis, strategic planning, facilitation, communications, organizational development, change management - to several dozen client organizations. A special area of interest is the formation and management of partnerships and other collaborative mechanisms, including corporate sponsorships.

Bob represents Raosoft Inc. in Eastern Canada. Raosoft makes the proprietary survey software used by Fair Surveys.
